ZOHO SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT
Our support plans are available to support you with your pre-implementation or/and post implementation of your Zoho Package. These plan are particularly excellent as it ensures you get support swiftly when you need it. With a suitable support plan for your business, we will provide support for your Zoho apps and your business. You get to roll over hours not used to the next month on yearly plans.
How it works
Choose the assumed number of support hours required each month and then draw down against them over the month. Simply contact your assigned Consultant directly or click here to leave your service support request and you will be contacted within 2hrs along with a plan and realistic time frame to deliver your support request.
Terms and Condition
Support will be provided during our working hours. Our working hours are 9am — 5pm on weekdays (excluding English Bank Holidays)
Support hours are tracked in minutes
Annual support plans are charged upfront
Monthly support plans are charged monthly for a 12months period
For additionals hours, the rate will be the same hourly rate as plan bought for the 12months period
Support will be provided remotely (Onsite consultancy visit can be organised for client locations within London for 20hrs support plan only)
Price shown exclude VAT at 20%
Support hours report available monthly(Available weekly on request)
