Our Support Plans hours do not expire and are available to use to the last minute.

Our Support Plans with a Service Level Agreement ensures your team gets expert Zoho Support when needed thus making the most of your Zoho Investments. The plans can be used for consultancy, setup, configuration & implementation and training. Your team can draw down on your support plan hours overtime.

  • Dedicated Account Manager and Resource 

How it work

Book support hours plan and then draw down against them for your implementation and ongoing support. You will be assigned a Zoho expert who will work on every support request from your team.  The plans above can be used for implementation or/and post-implementation support. Whenever your team needs support, they can contact your assigned Zoho expert directly or leave your service support request via our contact page and will respond within 2hrs with a status of task or with a time frame to deliver on your request.

Terms and Condition
  • Support will be provided during our working hours. Our working hours are  9am — 5pm on weekdays (excluding English Bank Holidays)

  • Support hours are tracked in minutes

  • Support hours do not expire

  • Support will be provided remotely (Onsite consultancy visit can be organised for client locations within London for 50hrs and 100hrs support plans)

  • Price shown exclude VAT at 20%

  • Support hours report available monthly(Available weekly on request)

  • 50hrs and 100hrs support plan can be paid in 2months instalments. Please contact us.

  • 200hrs and above support plan available. Please contact us.
